Itinerary highlights:
Los Gemelos – Visit the famous twin sinkhole craters surrounded by Scalesia forest, home to finches, flycatchers, and mockingbirds. Enjoy a short walk along a forest path with informational signs.
Rancho Primicias – Take a guided walk among giant tortoises in their natural habitat. The ranch features a restaurant and gift shop, and provides rubber boots if the trail is muddy.
Lava Tunnel – Explore one of the largest lava tunnels in South America, formed by ancient volcanic activity. The tunnel is located within the ranch.
